1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blintz Pizza mobile application ("App") and related services operated by Blintz Pizza ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register
• Your phone number is your permanent account identifier and cannot be changed
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your OTP or account access with anyone
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity

3. Ordering & Payment

Placing orders

• Orders are subject to availability and the operating hours of the kitchen
• Prices displayed in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• We reserve the right to change menu prices at any time without prior notice
• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification in the app

Payment

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• We do not store your card or bank details
• COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zones in Delhi NCR
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address
• If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund
• Delivery charges are calculated based on your postal code and are displayed at checkout before payment

5. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our kitchen immediately for preparation.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed and accepted by the kitchen
• A 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel after order placement
• If we are unable to fulfil your order due to unavailability or operational issues, a full refund will be issued

We strongly discourage cancellations as they result in food wastage. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

6. BlintzCoins Rewards Program

• BlintzCoins are earned through qualifying orders and the referral program
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• Coins can be redeemed as a discount on eligible orders, up to a maximum percentage set per order
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the BlintzCoins program at any time
• Coins expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 months
• Any coins earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the account suspended

7. Referral Program

• You earn BlintzCoins (₹200 equivalent) when a friend places their first order using your referral
• Your referred friend receives BlintzCoins (₹125 equivalent) on their first order
• Referral bonuses are credited after the referred friend's first order is successfully delivered
• Self-referrals (using your own number or another account you control) are prohibited and will result in account suspension
• We reserve the right to modify referral bonus amounts at any time

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purpose
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral bonuses
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use automated tools to place orders or access the app
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our delivery partners or customer support staff
• Submit false reviews or manipulate ratings

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Blintz Pizza app and website — including logos, menu images, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Blintz Pizza and is protected under Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the app or website without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Blintz Pizza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or third-party payment failures

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
